Google Sheets lets multiple people work on the same spreadsheet at the same time. This helps teams share ideas and update data quickly without sending files back and forth.

Steps
Step 1: Open the Google Sheets file you want to share
- Google Sheets main interface
The spreadsheet opens and is ready for editing
Step 2: Click the Share button
- Top right corner of the Google Sheets window
The sharing settings window appears
Step 3: Type the email addresses of people to invite
- Add people and groups field in the sharing window
The invitees are listed for sharing access
Step 4: Choose their permission level (Viewer, Commenter, Editor)
- Permission dropdown next to each email address
Each person’s access rights are set
Step 5: Click Send to share the spreadsheet
- Bottom right of the sharing window
Invitations are sent and collaborators can open the file
