Formula:
Top3Products = TOPN(3, SalesData, SalesData[Sales], DESC)

Shows products with highest sales:

  • Chair - 400
  • Monitor - 350
  • Pen - 300

Bar Chart: Sales by Product (Top 3 Highlighted)

Shows all products with bars sized by sales. Top 3 products are highlighted in a different color.

Interactivity

A slicer for Category lets you filter the data. When you select a category, the Total Sales, Top 3 Products table, and Bar Chart update to show only products in that category.
