Introduction
Power BI Service lets you share your reports and dashboards easily with others. It helps teams work together by allowing them to see the same data and insights in real time.
When you want your team to view the latest sales report without sending files by email
When you need to get feedback on a dashboard from your manager or coworkers

Steps
Step 1: Open your report or dashboard
- Power BI Service workspace
Your report or dashboard is displayed on screen
Step 2: Click the Share button
- Top right corner of the report or dashboard page
A sharing pane opens where you can enter email addresses
Step 3: Type the email addresses of people you want to share with

Recipients are added to the sharing list
Step 4: Choose if recipients can edit or just view

Permissions are set for each recipient
Step 5: Click Send

Recipients receive an email with a link to the report or dashboard
Step 6: Use Comments pane to add notes or questions

Comments appear for all viewers to see and reply
