Goal

Find out how mirroring sketch entities helps create symmetrical designs faster and more accurately in SolidWorks.

Dashboard Components

• KPI Card: Total Original Entities - Count of original sketch entities (3)
• KPI Card: Total Mirrored Entities - Count of mirrored entities (3)
• Bar Chart: Entity Types Count - Shows count of Lines, Arcs, Circles in original and mirrored sets
• Table: Entities Coordinates - Lists all entities with their start and end coordinates

Interactivity

Filter by entity type (Line, Arc, Circle) updates the bar chart and table to show only selected types. Selecting an entity in the table highlights it in the bar chart.

Self Check

Add a filter for entity type = 'Line'. Which components update?

• Bar Chart updates to show only Lines count for original and mirrored.
• Table updates to list only Line and MirrorLine entities.
• KPI cards remain the same as they show totals.
