How can we visualize and analyze the use of geometric relations like horizontal, vertical, coincident, and tangent in SolidWorks sketches to improve design accuracy and consistency?

Dashboard Components

• KPI Cards: Total counts of each geometric relation type across all sketches.
  • Horizontal Total: SUM of Count where Relation Type = 'Horizontal' (5+4=9)
  • Vertical Total: SUM of Count where Relation Type = 'Vertical' (3+6=9)
  • Coincident Total: SUM of Count where Relation Type = 'Coincident' (7+5=12)
  • Tangent Total: SUM of Count where Relation Type = 'Tangent' (2+3=5)
• Bar Chart: Relation counts by Sketch ID.
  X-axis: Sketch ID (SK001, SK002)
  Y-axis: Count
  Series: Relation Type (Horizontal, Vertical, Coincident, Tangent)
• Pie Chart: Overall proportion of each geometric relation type across all sketches.
• Data Table: Detailed counts per Sketch ID and Relation Type for reference.

Interactivity

A filter control allows selecting one or multiple Sketch IDs (e.g., SK001, SK002). When a Sketch ID is selected:

• KPI Cards update to show totals only for the selected sketches.
• Bar Chart updates to show relation counts for selected sketches only.
• Pie Chart updates to reflect the proportion of relation types within the selected sketches.
• Data Table filters rows to show only data for the selected sketches.

This helps focus analysis on specific sketches to identify relation usage patterns.
