Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
You must not have attempted or completed more than 3 adaptive tests in total (including mock tests, subject tests, or multi-subject tests) since the date of purchase.
You must not have accessed or downloaded any test reports, answer keys, or performance analytics generated by the Platform.
Your account must not have been involved in multiple sign-ups intended to exploit our services or promotional offers.
You must not have shared your account credentials with any other person.

When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
The User has attempted or completed more than 3 adaptive tests in total (including mock tests, subject tests, or multi-subject tests) since the purchase date.
The User has accessed, downloaded, or viewed detailed test reports, performance analytics, or answer keys generated by the Platform.
The purchase was completed using any form of discount, including special offers, promotional codes, discounted payment links, or any other method that reduced the original price.
The User has engaged in multiple account sign-ups to exploit our services or promotional offers.
The User has shared their account credentials with others, in violation of our Terms.
In the event that Leyaa files a bankruptcy petition, becomes insolvent, or is adjudged as insolvent by any court or judicial authority.

How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@leyaa.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include your registered email address, date of purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Leyaa's Discretion
The processing and acceptance of all refund requests shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Leyaa. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
Leyaa also reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the conditions described in this policy.
