Understand how to move and resize charts in Excel to create a clear and organized dashboard.

Dashboard Components

• KPI Card: Total Sales
  Formula: =SUM(B2:B6)
  Result: 5500
• KPI Card: Total Expenses
  Formula: =SUM(C2:C6)
  Result: 2110
• Chart 1: Sales Over Months
  Type: Column Chart
  Data Range: A1:B6
  Position: Top-left corner of dashboard
  Size: Width 400px, Height 250px
• Chart 2: Expenses Over Months
  Type: Line Chart
  Data Range: A1:C6 (only Expenses series)
  Position: Top-right corner of dashboard
  Size: Width 400px, Height 250px

Interactivity

Users can click and drag charts to move them anywhere on the sheet. Drag chart edges or corners to resize. Moving or resizing charts does not affect the data or formulas but helps organize the dashboard visually.

Self Check

Try moving Chart 1 to below the KPI cards. Resize Chart 2 to be smaller. Which parts of the dashboard change visually? Do the KPI values or data change?
