Steps
Step 1: Select
- the cells containing your data including labels
The data range is highlighted on the worksheet
Step 2: Click
- the Insert tab on the Ribbon

- the Insert Column or Bar Chart button in the Charts group
A menu with chart style options appears
Step 4: Choose
- a chart style such as Clustered Column or Stacked Bar
The chart is inserted into the worksheet showing your data visually
Step 5: Click
- the Chart Title text box on the chart
The title becomes editable

Common Mistakes
