The frame acts as the backbone of the printer, ensuring all parts stay aligned and stable during printing. It does not heat or cool the filament or control movement directly.
The hotend heats the filament to its melting point so it can be extruded through the nozzle to build the object layer by layer.
A heated bed keeps the base layers warm, which helps the filament stick better and reduces warping or lifting during printing.
Aluminum frames are rigid and stable, which helps reduce vibrations and improves print accuracy compared to more flexible or less stable materials.
Proper bed leveling ensures the nozzle is at the correct distance from the bed across the entire surface. If not leveled, the first layer may be too close or too far, causing poor adhesion and print failure.
